Eligible nonprofit organizations can use Zeffy for hosted concession stores and Tap to Pay. ConcessionStand.ai connects the school’s own API key so payment activity can be reconciled with the event, physical inventory, pickup queue, and fundraiser report.

Is ConcessionStand.ai affiliated with Zeffy?
No. Zeffy is an independent payment and fundraising provider. Each school contracts with and controls its own Zeffy organization.
Can a cashier skip buyer name and email?
Zeffy’s current help documentation says Tap to Pay payments can be recorded without buyer information when the form and app preferences permit it. Schools should test the exact campaign before game day.
How many Tap to Pay phones can a school use?
Zeffy states that multiple devices can process payments, with each person using a separate account. Device compatibility and user limits are governed by Zeffy’s current terms.
Does the iPad become a Tap to Pay terminal?
No. Zeffy states tablets do not have the supported internal reader. Use compatible phones for payment and the iPad for the operating portal.
