The complete operating layer

From schedule
to locked closeout.

ConcessionStand.ai organizes the people, products, payments, and proof behind school concessions. Each school controls its own teams, administrators, payment connection, and durable seasons.

Straight answers

Common questions

Is ConcessionStand.ai a point-of-sale system?

It is the school concession operating system around the payment. The current implementation integrates with Zeffy for Tap to Pay and hosted ordering while managing schedules, volunteers, physical inventory, exceptions, and closeout.

Can one school run multiple sports?

Yes. Teams and seasons are first-class records, so every sport can have its own schedule and games while school administrators retain organization-wide controls.

Can we practice before launch?

Yes. Test games support the complete workflow without adding results to live season reports.

Who can access reports and settings?

Role-based access separates administrators, treasurers, managers, crew leads, sellers, runners, counters, and viewers. Trusted adults receive individual portal logins.
